- This is a mixer designed to be placed on top of an IBC tank. - It can be easily installed and removed, allowing one mixer to be used for multiple IBC tanks. - The weight of the mixer is approximately 18 kg for the electric motor version and about 11 kg for the air motor version (including the IBC tank fixing frame). - It thoroughly mixes the liquid inside the IBC tank down to the last corner. - It effectively reduces foaming and air entrapment during mixing, ensuring thorough mixing. - It also mixes settled components and powders that tend to remain in the corners of the container during transport. - If you want to mix down to the very last amount of liquid to be discharged, the C-MIX can be configured with multiple stages or extended shaft lengths to accommodate small quantities. - You can choose between an electric motor or an air motor based on your environment. - As options, you can select a three-piece set (air filter, regulator, lubricator) and an exhaust cleaner (limited to air motor versions). - The C-MIX can also undergo surface treatments such as #400 buff polishing and fluorine coating. - The C-MIX can be manufactured using metals other than fluoropolymer and SUS.
